Ingénieur énergéticien, spécialiste de la plongée polaire, il s'est lancé depuis 2006 dans la voie de l'aventure et de l'exploration sous marine des régions polaires. Après avoir travaillé avec Jean-Louis Etienne, il a initié son propre programme d'exploration: Under the Pole. C'est ainsi qu'en 2010, il organise l'expédition "Deepsea Under The Pole" au cours de laquelle il effectue avec son équipe 50 plongées sous la banquise du pôle Nord.
Passionnée depuis l'enfance par la mer et les cétacés, elle embarque à 13 ans pour six mois à bord de la goélette école Grace O'Malley. Skipper, monitrice de plongée, spécialiste de la plongée polaire, après avoir également collaboré avec Jean-Louis Etienne, elle rejoint Ghislain Bardout autour du projet "Deepsea Under The Pole". Elle est aujourd'hui co-organisatrice de l'expédition "Under The Pole II".
Elle est aussi auteur, avec Ghislain Bardout du livre On a marché sous le pôle (2011, Éditions du Chêne). Quand ils ne sont pas au Groenland, ils habitent Concarneau.
